From October 11th through October 20th PLTL Peer Tutors hosted a donation booth at the Student Union to support hurricane and earthquake relief efforts. They had different items each day such as Starbucks Tea and Coffee, Cane’s Sweet Tea, Potbelly’s and many more in exchange for donations. LFSA donated stickers to the booth to support this effort.
PLTL Peer Tutors collected $1,433 that were given to the following organizations:
LFSA member Monica Franco, from the Student Success Center, was involved in the organization of the booth and invited LFSA members to visit and support the booth.
